Individuals may either see the parking attendant or contact our office at (216)-621-0328.
Employees signing up as part of a group/business account should contact their individual institution for parking arrangements.
Three options:
1. Forms may be turned in with the first month’s payment (including tag deposit if required) to the parking attendant.
2. The information can be sent by email to Kim McKenzie: the username is “kmckenzie” at our domain (@shaiasparking.com).
3. The information can be sent by snail-mail to: Shaia’s Parking, 812 Huron Road, Suite #701, Cleveland, OH 44115.
Cash, checks and money orders may be dropped off at the attendant’s booth. Or a check or money order can be mailed to: Shaia’s Parking, 812 Huron Road, Suite #701, Cleveland, OH 44115.
Make checks payable to “Shaia’s Parking Inc.”
In some cases, a credit may be issued and accounts may be placed on hold for medical/personal leave. Please contact our office at (216) 621-0328 for specific requests.
Once your parking agreement is established, monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late if received after 3:00pm on the 1st business day of the month and are subject to deactivation and a late fee assessed. Parking is a pre-paid service and all individual monthly parkers are required to submit payments prior to 3:00pm on the first business day of the month.
Individual hangtags can be picked up from the attendant after payment is made.
Replacement hangtags are available for $10. Please contact us at (216) 621-0328.
The monthly fee typically does not include event parking after 6:00 PM on weekdays or during weekends. Please refer to your location’s parking contract for specific information regarding event parking.
Some locations do offer these services. Please refer to your location’s parking contract for specific information regarding electronic monthly payments.
Payments are due by 3:00pm on the first business day of the month. All “individual” (non group) past due accounts are assessed a late fee for payments received after the cutoff and are subject to deactivation. See specific location agreement for details. There is no grace period, please plan accordingly when using U.S. Mail to deliver payments.
Unfortunately, neither pro-rations nor refunds are available.
If you wish to discontinue your monthly parking contract, you must terminate the parking contract prior to the last day of the current month. To terminate the contract, please contact us and provide the customer number, name, address, and your ending date. (The parker is responsible for all days up until the date the termination request is received.) - For violations issued by Shaia’s Parking: checks or money orders may be dropped off at the attendant’s booth or mailed to: Shaia’s Parking, 812 Huron Road, Suite #701, Cleveland, OH 44115.
- For violations issued by Parking Revenue Recovery Services: please refer to their violation instructions or visit www.parkingprrs.com to make a payment
Vehicles that do pay the proper fee, display a valid ticket, or display the current monthly hangtag will receive a violation. If you feel you received this violation in error, please contact us via email at (“park” @ “shaiasparking.com”), or call (216) 621-0328.
